The Doog On Tour Polygamy Hoodie takes a very particular road trip through the American West—and one stop north of the border—with a playful, unapologetic nod to polygamy culture and the communities associated with it.
The front sets the scene with an illustrated desert family portrait: the Doog surrounded by a decidedly larger-than-average household against a cinematic Western landscape of red-rock mountains, cactus country, horses and the ever-present VW. It has the look of a slightly-too-perfect vintage family photograph—until you start noticing exactly what’s going on.
Muted green cactus, agave and geometric desert motifs cover both sleeves and continue across the kangaroo pocket, giving the warm sand-colored hoodie the feeling of retro Southwestern textile design.
The hood delivers the most direct reference.
